Following the success of The Square Mile Investment Conference in 2019, we’re excited to welcome you back to one of the first in-person industry events of the year.

This one-day conference brings together many of the biggest names in asset management. Join us to hear news and views on markets, funds and what the future holds for our industry. Through a combination of panel discussions, breakout sessions and informal networking, we aim to provide a comprehensive update on the investment world.

We are delighted to showcase some of the industry's most well-known fund managers across a broad range of asset classes. They will feature in panel discussions and breakout sessions with our Square Mile moderators ensuring plenty of debate and insightful views.

The event will take place in line with Covid-19 government guidelines and we are actively monitoring the situation to ensure everyone’s safety is the main priority. We have put additional measures in place to give all attendees a greater degree of comfort to enjoy the conference.

  • A camera device will monitor the guests’ temperature as they enter the ballroom. If your temperature exceeds the allowance we will kindly notify you of this.
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitising for all key touch points undertaken by dedicated trained staff.
  • All meeting rooms, furniture and equipment are cleaned and sanitised at the set-up stage and after usage. High touch points and guest washrooms are cleaned every hour with chemicals proven to kill the virus in short periods of time.
  • Hotel staff will continue to wear face coverings at all times and will be tested twice a week.
  • Cautious movement of people. Instead of the delegates moving in between the boardroom sessions, the speakers will swap after each session to reduce traffic in the corridors.
  • Colour coded name badges. Delegates receive colour coded name badges indicating to which room they have to go for the boardroom sessions. This allows us to direct people through different doors/ ways and reduces bottlenecks.
  • Enhanced space around delegates. On the main platform, we will allow more space between seating. Lunch as well as the drinks reception will be split over different rooms to allow for more space.
  • Lunch will be a ‘served’ buffet and food will be given out by Claridge’s staff rather than the delegates serving themselves. We will also have various catering stations and offer bowl food to avoid queuing.
  • We politely ask that all delegates and sponsors take a lateral flow test before attending, if possible. As you know, these are available free at local chemists and are very easy to take.
